What happens after the 2-week trial?

Your subscription continues at the regular plan rate (Monthly or Annual, whichever you signed up for). You can cancel any time from your account billing page — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade from Basic to Elite/Pro any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Non-Professional vs Professional — which one am I?

Non-Professional: trading for personal use only. Professional: trading on behalf of a business, institution, fund, or for any commercial purpose. Pick wrong and exchange data agreements may require us to true-up your billing.

What's the refund policy?

BigShort is a digital subscription service and all sales are final. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, but processed payments are not refunded for partial periods. The $37 trial is non-refundable.
